Why we built Given Dearly
It started with our own baby shower.
After our baby shower, we looked around at gifts chosen with so much love—and thought about all the people behind them.
We wanted something more meaningful than a checklist and a one-time thank-you note. We wanted an easy way to remember who gave each gift and, later, show them the moments their generosity became part of our family’s life.
So we created Given Dearly: one private place where an invitation becomes a celebration, a thank-you becomes a story, and the people who showed up for your family can continue sharing in what comes next.

Uses 20% of event revenue after the $5 audience discount, plus 20% of each referred customer’s first three $4.99 paid Plus months. Eligible future event purchases by an account that first came through your link remain connected to you while the Founding Partner program is active. This scenario assumes no refunds, excludes tax, and shows earned commission before the 30-day review period and payout timing. Expected customer counts may be fractional.
For simplicity, each customer starts with no existing Plus membership; the included period starts on their event date. Any later extension of included Plus access is not modeled here.

Who is a good fit?
Creators whose audience genuinely cares about families, celebrations and gratitude. Audience trust and fit matter more than follower count alone.
How are referrals tracked?
When someone creates a new Given Dearly account through your personal link, they become a referred account. Their eligible future event purchases remain connected to you while your Founding Partner account remains active, subject to the partner terms.
When are commissions payable?
The founding pilot uses a 30-day validation period and a $25 payout threshold. Refunds, reversals and ineligible transactions do not earn commission.
Do I have to post a certain way?
No. We provide accurate product information and ready-made assets, but partners should speak in their own voice and clearly disclose the relationship.
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No. The founding pilot is intentionally small. We review audience fit, occasion focus and brand alignment before confirming participation.
Can I try Given Dearly first?
Yes. Every approved founding creator receives one complimentary Celebration event to use with their own family. We want partners to understand the real product before recommending it.
