Who operates Given Dearly

Given Dearly is operated by Clearline Systems LLC (“Given Dearly,” “we,” “us”). You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create a host account.

Your events and content

You retain ownership of photos, messages and other content you upload. You grant us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate your events and private pages. You are responsible for having permission to upload and share content, including photographs of guests and children.

Private links

Event, invitation and gift-story links are intended for invited recipients. Hosts are responsible for choosing recipients and protecting shared codes. We may limit access when we reasonably believe a link is being abused.

Plans and upgrades

Free, Celebration and Keepsake limits are shown on the pricing page. An upgrade applies to the existing event without replacing its data or links. Celebration-to-Keepsake upgrades charge the displayed difference. Family and Professional event allowances reset according to the subscription period and do not accumulate unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions and renewal

Given Dearly Plus, Family and Professional subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown during checkout until canceled. Plus may include a six-month trial. We disclose the first charge date before enrollment and send reminder notices before a trial converts to paid service. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Cancellation and archives

Canceling stops future subscription renewals. Purchased events are not deleted solely because a subscription ends. Existing pages become read-only private archives when their active-update period ends unless another eligible membership remains active.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing or malicious material; impersonate others; attempt unauthorized access; scrape private pages; or use the service to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend access needed to protect users or the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Given Dearly available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the service develops. Material pricing or subscription changes will be communicated before they affect an existing renewal.
